Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and informs you that the Chamber received a letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 1287) dated 1/5/1439, indicating that the Council received a letter from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development No. 87660 dated 30/4/1439, on the implementation of the Ministry of the comprehensive campaign plan to track and control the offenders of residence and employment systems and border security. This letter includes instructing companies not to operate, transfer or harbor any violators, and to apply the punishment against those who prove their dealings with any violators, as well as to take legal action against the violating companies and transfer them to the Ministry of the Interior Affairs to apply the necessary penalties on the basis of Article (39) on the Labor code. The inspection campaigns do not exclude any facility, whether small, medium or large.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Development hopes to comply with the provisions of article 39 of the Labor Code.
